Contact form

The form sends your name, email address, message and any optional company or role details to avi@avinashme.eu. Avinash uses these details to review and respond to your enquiry. The form sends email through SMTP2GO using an encrypted SMTP connection. Your email is used as the Reply-To address so Avinash can respond directly.

The website does not keep a separate database of contact messages. Messages are kept in the receiving email account until they are deleted. Email providers may retain their own delivery logs and copies under their policies. To ask about a message or request its deletion, email Avinash.

Security session and spam prevention

When you send a message, the form uses a necessary session cookie named avinash_contact to prevent forged requests and accidental repeat submissions. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, and expires with the browser session. The session stores security tokens and recent successful request IDs, not your message text. Session files are stored in a private folder outside the public website.

The server also keeps keyed hashes of connecting IP addresses and submission timestamps for rate limiting. These records are stored outside the public website folder and are removed during later requests once they are over an hour old. They are not a public visitor list. Normal hosting logs are controlled by the hosting provider.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help prevent spam. Google’s script loads when you interact with the form and a fresh verification token is requested when you submit. Google can process technical and interaction information, including your IP and browser data, and may set its own cookies. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

The server checks the verification result, action, hostname, score and token time before attempting to send your message. If verification cannot be completed, you can contact Avinash directly by email or phone. If the contact service is unavailable, a short support reference may be shown to help identify a setup issue. It does not contain credentials or server paths.

Your public IP

The profile page asks ipify for the public IP address of your current connection. Your browser connects directly to api64.ipify.org, with api.ipify.org as a fallback, so that service receives your IP and normal connection information. No account credentials or page referrer are included in this lookup.

The result is displayed only in your own browser. The public-IP display does not create a visitor list or store the result on this website. It is separate from the contact form’s spam protection. If you use a VPN or shared connection, the displayed IP may belong to that network. An unavailable lookup does not stop the rest of the page from working. Read about the service at ipify.org.

CV requests and profile information

There is no public resume download in this version of the website. To request Avinash’s CV, choose “Request my CV” in the contact form. A request does not automatically send you a CV; Avinash can review and reply to it.

The profile reflects information supplied by Avinash. His residence status is stated as Poland residence permit holder. Suitability and any required documentation for a role should be discussed directly.

Other information

The supplied website adds no marketing analytics and does not save your language selection in local storage. Links to email and phone applications do not send a message or place a call automatically. You choose whether to complete those actions.
